My grandmother was a legend.

When she was on her deathbed, and I knew very well that this might be the last time she sees me, she held my hand and asked me to bring my ear close to her so that she could whisper something.

And she said, “Promise me that you will stand up for gender parity for the rest of your life”.

I thought for a second and told her I will keep her promise. My grandmother, who was about to take her last breath still remembered to give me an important lesson before leaving. She gained my respect instantly.

Sadly, she died later that night.

So the next morning, I poisoned my grandfather.
